they have a waterproof drywall, I think it might be called marine drywall, or is that what you where refering to as cement board, a friend of mine used it when he built his fishroom (lots of aquariums) in his basement and then over that he used a special paint used for waterproofing, he used that on the walls,ceiling, and floor, also are you running a dehumidifier?
