I tried posting on the AFT and even Leos forums on RepticZone, but they are a little slow. Hope you all can help a bit!

Long story short, we saw a pair of eggs in the AFT tank at Petco (while we were getting some lights). We told the employee that we would take them if they were just going to toss them. (They didn’t even know they were eggs). The manager gave em to us for free. The were white and both had some slight denting, one more than the other. The more dented one was a bit lighter weight-wise than the less dented one. I didn’t want to handle them more than needed otherwise I would have taken weights. We put them in some damp Bed-a-Beast in a plastic, like, gladware thing with holes on the top. We then set that unit into a spare 10g tank with a purple/black night light (I wish exo-terra would label wattages!). We waited for the temps to get to about 84-85 and put the tub under the lamp. Anything else we should try? Besides waiting a few weeks. Also, we don’t even know if they were fertilized, I heard it takes about 2 weeks to ’candle’ them. I imagine they will collapse and rot if they are not fertile fast. Thanks so much!
