I think you need to figure out 2 things. 1. Why dont they eat; Husbandry issues or stress? 2. When they do eat, why arent they retaining weight. With frills, Stress is a huge factor that can kill them or just have torturous life. I would take a fecal to the vet and have it checked out. This (hopefully) will tell yo that it needs flagyl, and probably a baytril treatment. I just had one of my giant males crash durignthe winter, and I am going through the same thing. He may die.... which is very deflating.
Try feeding with a feeding syringe ground cat food; not the chunky kind. i will occasionally feed them this; especially to my younger animals. They seem to like it. But I have used it in the past to get animals up to weight.
Hope this helps, sorry it took me so long to get to this, I have been busy. If you need more info, contact me via my website.
Thanks,
miz
