Tree frog has an emergency

I have a White Tree Frog that is almost one year old and is dieing. He is bleeding and his skin looks like it it falling off on his legs? He has some dots on his back that are bright green? Any ideas of what it could be so i know for the future I dunno if it going to make it through the night. Sad sad day
