general treefrog tank questions

hey everyone im thinking about setting up a paludarium in a 65 gallon tank i have, now ive never had treefrogs would they be good to put in a paludarium with newts and fish or would they drown if they fell in the water, ive been thinking of setting it up with the middle area land, and about 6 inches around it water like a moat or something, thanks in advance
