they will get around 20 inches i believe, maybe 26 or so, they eat crickets, beetles, just insects from outside are the best because you know they are getting the right nutrition, with insects from pet stores they might be low in nutritional value--WHAT YOU WANT!!! you cant sex them! the big ones are probably male, small are most likely female. YES YES YES YES YES they need UVB lighting and a hot spot to warm up. they like to burrow so give them a substrate that they can burrow, sand isnt the best, and outside dirt can have parasites.
