Hi, i recently aquired a bigger tank for my water dragons. The one they were previously in i bought from the previous owner of one, i have since inherited two from my sister and they all get along fine for the moment. As you can imagine though, the orriginal tank was for use with just one so i have since got a larger tank. The concern i have at the moment. At the front of the tank in the middle i have attached a temp probe and i have noticed during the day it reaches 37/38 degrees C and at night when all the lights are off it cools down to 28/29 degrees C.

I guess my question is, is this too hot for them? the tank itself seems a lot hotter than the old one but as i did not have an electronic temp probe then i could not tell you what temps that reached
