Well, speaking from experience, viper boas do not have fangs but they do indeed have sharp teeth. I have even had teeth left in my skin after a bite. Since you already have one viper boa you should be able to tell if they are both viper boas. The head of the cottonmouth is rounder and larger. It is very doubtful that she is one. Hope that helps.
