Dude, that does look like it might be hypo. The only areas that may be black are some of the markings right behind the head, but it's hard to tell with those rough keeled scales being dry. Maybe next time I'm in town we can go look for some more.

The way you would test to see if the trait is simple recessive is to breed this one to a normal, then breed the offspring to each other and to the suspected hypo parent. You should get a mix of hypos and normals by the 2nd generation. If you want to do this, I'll help you build racks for all these guys.
