S.Ringneck Tail spots...

First off the picture is not the best,but you can see what I'm talking about.

This is a wc male Iv had a couple years.Found in the patchy woods near my house...
In this one patch every snake Iv found has had these tail spots,two orange ones on the top,And it seems to be only with in 400 feet or so you can find this..In other areas they don't have these spots....
Is it common for S. RN to look like this?
Iv only kept a few of these guys over the years,and have never had or seen a spotty one before.....
