This I think will be ample based on my experience. But then later I can even get a larger tank. And my male is going to shed soon and I am super excited as I see some hinting of breeding coloration coming way. I will not be able to attain females until later in the summer, though, so no breeding this year. Also this species may eat greenery but I have never witnessed mine eating any. I just love this species and really think they are good pets and when you get past the space issue they are really quite nice.
