about raising the humidity level , you can do the followings:try to close at least two thirds of the screen top, if there is a screen top, to reduce evaporation between mistings. put a larger shallow water dish,and put this water dish on the top of a heat device, like a heat cable or a heat rock. Since I did this my situation improve and my babies look better. of course keep misting 3 times a day! good luck
