Hey Kristen,

Just to clarify, your frilly is having problems shedding, right? That's when the bumps on mine started to appear.

As to fixing this problem, make sure your set up is perfect, i.e. humidity, lighting, etc. That's probably one of the more important factors here, but I'm sure you knew that already.

Now, onto the skin tightening: where is it doing this? I've never really heard of shed skin tightening around the body so is it around the limbs? Regardless, the warm water baths will help with that especially to get the shed skin off. Usually, I do not recommend pulling the skin off yourself unless its in extreme importance to get off; you could potentially do more harm than good.

My main concern, however, is the recurrence of the bumps. Typically, these are a sign of infection. Until you're 100% sure Kiba is back to normal, I would take the extra step with sanitizing, so wash your hands before and after and ensure that you remove any wastes as soon as possible. Also, if this problem does not seem to be clearing up on some level in 2 days, do not hesitate to take him to a reptile vet immediately with a fresh fecal sample. I don't want to be a downer, but I did lose mine because I did not react quick enough. Apparently, he had parasites despite the fact he was a cb.

I hope I've given you some helpful information. If you have any more questions, I'll see my best to answer them, or you can ever post your own topic and see what others have to say. I hope your frilly gets better.
