Hello. I am as well having the same problem with my Frilled Dragon, Kiba, as you are with yours. Only, she's only had one dead skin bump... I managed to get that off from her skin a while ago.. but now it looks like her skin is tightening around the area.

I'm quite worried about her, and I'm afraid she has an infection. I have not tried giving her a warm bath yet, but with nothing else important, and all the care i have for her, I will as soon as I post this message.

Please, if you find out how to fix our Frillies' skin, I would be ever so greatful of you to share with me.
