Could be several things but most likely you now have a rosy whose gut needs some rest. Back to back regurge is not a good thing. Give it several weeks to get its gut load back to normal and then try feeding small prey items (live) one per 7-10 days. You can also try a product called nutri-bac to help reestablish a healthy stomach. Sorry to hear that though becuase I'd bet it was sold to you with that problem.
