My guess is he was going for a cricket and hit some substrate that might of cut him up. Looks like it is turning to mouth rot, i cleaned out one are of the geckos mouth and the swelling instantly went down, i was just curious if there are any other suggestions on what i can do besides keep cleaning it out, it is in the very early stages so i would rather correct it now than see it progress too far.
