My girlfriend's daughter was soaking our male basilisk the water depth was and inch, and from what she said he was jumping up and down as usual and swimming around, he played dead twice and then he stopped moving and breathing. I read that they can play dead and stay underwater for a good while. i don't know if he is dead or if he is just doing this from instinct. but I'm not too happy about this now and I'm asking everywhere possible for help in this situation. Im still new to keeping reptiles and i never had this problem before so i don't know what to expect or what to do. I'm looking for advice in this or just a straight answer not a critique on my grammar in this message, I need help with my pet not an english lesson like i would have gotten in the past.
