Honestly. People suck.
Get some water in a spray bottle and spritz down the walls of the tank. Try not to spray the lizards if possible. Get some small crickets as soon as you can. Or you can try phoenix worms, small waxworms or butterworms, or roaches. Whatever they will take. You can also offer a small dollop of baby food (peach is nice) on a plastic lid in the tank.
Then go to these two links to read up on general requirements. The closer you can get their environment to ideal, the more likely they will recover.
