i would suggest some turtle eye drops or diluted methelyne blue ( fish meds). although, i am not sure of the dosage on that.

there is a really great and very active forum for only frogs called:

talkto.thefrog.org

they have breeders and avid collectors/enthusiasts on there that are more then willing to help out in a case like this.
