I'm going to be harsh now, because I can't even look at the picture you posted and I'm not sure how anyone else could. From the legs, to the mouth, and even the cranial bones supporting the crests are very deformed. If this little one doesn't get a shot of calcium and quick no amount of CGD will help.
Our vets have same day appointments, I know I'm taking in a friend's today. Every day this gecko is going downhill and, as it might be too late already, sitting around talking about it isn't going to fix it.
