I offer my fence lizards crickets of the proper size every 3 days and normally they eat very well. If yours were collected from the wild they may or may not take prey right away but you still need to offer it and then remove any they do not eat. I however have never had a problem with a Sceloporus collected from the wild not taking prey at the first offering.
