I am in Miami I had a 55 gallon with 2 musk turtles (they are in back yard pvc 90 gallon pond now) and going to use tank for fish in same gazebo.
The highest most intense winds didnt even phase the tank its a zero issue my tank was 1/4 full of water . I imagine yours will be atleast that much water .
The water turns a "top heavy" tank into a solid anchor . I imagine your tank will be in outside screened gazebo type structure like mine was otherwise sun will get strong for the turtle in the tank.

A 100 gallon tank weighs way more than 55 gallon now add atleast 1/4 tank of water and a bazooka wont budge it . My tank is on wrought iron stand as had originally the wood type stand but the rain/humidity made it garbage .
Stand I painted with Rust Oleum and its great I touch it up as needed
