uh Oh... what does this mean?

I took this picture yesturday after he ate. Afterwards he was fine and today he was fine. What is he doing? He was NOT basking before this pic so I don't think he was overheating. Cage temp is usually 69-76F degrees.

He just climbed up there and started doing this.
