I've never kept alinos but some of the species seem to do pretty well. I remember a while back lots of people were having problems with albino woodhouse's toads so that line may have some sort of genetic predisposition for medical complications. I'm not sure if someone has managed to fix the problem yet but some live long enough to breed anyway.
