ACF... Found spots on him Help

I have had freddie now for about a year and a half. Have changed nothing with his feeding or the water changing.. i just changed it and cleaned it just about a week and a couple days now. This morning i was watching him and noticed that he had brown spots on him almost like bruising, around his head and side and underneath. Almost just where he is white as he is an albino. i've also noticed one spot on his knee but it is mostly around his neck.Does anyone know what this could be, and if so how to i fix it......
