Posted by: aquick at Sat May 3 22:20:16 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by aquick ] I have read some recent research suggesting that UVB exposure can be beneficial to adult and juvenile frogs, namely the Atelopids (I work with a group of zeteki at work, hence why I read this article); and was wondering if anyone here allowed some UVB exposure (unfiltered, except by a screen) to their darts, and if so; did you notice any positive effects (i.e. increased breeding/activity, brighter coloration, reduced instance of SLS, etc. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] |
