I added a goldfish and 3 fat tadpoles, and watched them grow into fat, friendly frogs. When cold weather approached we brought the fish in, and relocated the frogs. This year we're going bigger and deeper so the fish and frogs can winterize in their natural habitat. My question is -- HOW DEEP?! I can't find out how to prep the pond so the frogs (and fish) can do what they do. Do the frogs bury themselves in the bottom? If so, should I then make sure there is "muck and mire" down there for them? [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
