Hi! On a trip to Tonopah Nevada (great Basin) we found a baby horned lizard and kept him. just got home and put him in a ten gallon tank. Got online to read about him and realized we can not keep him as he might die if we do. We live in Las Vegas Nevada (Mojave desert) and are wondering can we let him loose in our desert here or does he HAVE TO go back to the great basin area 2 hours north of us? Also if so should we give him some crickets to hold him over at least? We have only had him for 7 hours now. Thanks to anyone who can help us!!!!
