It's like the skin just turns a whiteish beige and then starts to peel off and then they die. It rubs off really easy and then it exposes raw tissue and starts to bleed. It must be some kind of fungal infection im guessing but it just started like 2 months ago. They have been fine all year. It seems to be happening to juvies that i have. The pic is of a terrapin that was the last to succumb of this but the others were different species. Any ideas? i was directed to melafix and pimafix but that just didn't seem to work in this instance. Let me know if anyone has a clue.....and yes the water is clean, i change it every 2 yo 3 days in the juvie tubs. thanks....
