As chams age shedding can take longer. Areas where the skin is less flexible like the casque and ridges on their face can take longer as the skin doesn't move much. As long as the skin isn't building up on toes (it might cut off blood flow) or isn't accumulating and giving a place for bacteria build up it should come off over time. Showers and higher humidity will help him get rid of it.
