Posted by: unchikun at Sat May 24 07:49:40 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by unchikun ] well, they are safe for humans, and i used to feed them to my iguana with no ill effects... i don't see why tortoises would have any problems with them, assuming they aren't in an area that has been sprayed with any chemicals. dandelions are also good weeds for redfoots (both greens and flowers), but mine prefers wild violets.
