The only time I have seen aggression with Cresteds is if their are crickets in the mix and they get defensive and/or confused and will wrestle with one another, or during courtship. The fact that they both have sores on their nose is a little bit worrisome. Pictures would be nice to give some idea of the seriousness. Has anything else changed in the last few weeks? The safest thing to do for your geckos would be to isolate them and let them heal up, however I have seen sores and small abrasions and let them be. They are pretty hardy animals and should heal up fine. Post a picture if you can. Good luck!
