The last time we moved I carried over 30 ACF the same way for 13 hours with no adverse effects on them. I would suggest something taller and thin though, maybe a 3 liter bottle for the frog. Then stand it up while traveling. I only say this because this way there would be less chances of it being sloshed around on every turn and braking situation like it would in a big tub.
