Nope. Mixing any dart frogs is not a good idea, but especially when mixing involves D. azeurus, they are pretty territorial and would take advantage of the leucs communative demeaner. When they are little it might be ok, but past 6 months would be putting the leuc in danger. Even if you didn't have problems with territoriality, what do you wish to accomplish by doing this? To say you have two different colored frogs in the same tank? They don't live together in the wild and should not be forced to in captivity. I have kept both species of frogs and I promise you that both species are plenty fasanating by themselves.
