Thats a wonderful article, thanks for sharing. Those articles educating the public and studies like Joe's will certainly help improve their species future outlook. But I'm not sure ugly or scary should be in the title at all!!!! I think they are one of the most gorgeous creatures on the planet and they certainly aren't anything to fear. I know not everyone shares that oppinion but maybe through education they can at least be respected and not senselessly killed out of uninformed fears.
