Well all baby cresteds are born red or brown and as they get older they change color, most likely that it will develope dalmation spots over time and might be red. Genetics with cresteds are hard and people don't know much about the genetics!! Because suposely some breeder told me that there is no hets. with cresteds, and I don't know if its true or not!! I am starting to breed cresteds too and have one egg about to hatch. Well hope I helped and good luck!!! Melissa
