Need Help!!!

I have a egg that I think is going to hatch soon!!! But if it doesn't hatch before I leave friday for a week, what should I do? My grandmother is going to petsit and she wouldn't know what to do!! Can I bring it with me or would it be risky? She's going to feed my other cresteds but I don't want this one excaping if it would hatch while I am gone!!! Please Help,
