I just get 7 newly wild caught imported red eyed tree frogs. I put them in a naturalistic set-up. some are looking very thin, and most are not active even at night and stay in the same place even when I sprayed water on them. I don't have any frog competent veterinarian in my area. can I try force-feeding and administering Flagyl, or will all the handling process cause them to die? I have them for just 4 days now, and in a fecal exam I perform by myself, it look like they have flagellate parasites . anyway most of them don't seem to be interested by food, is it better to try force feeding or let nature do things?
