My son's tokay hasnt been eating lately, Its been turning down crickets, pinkies and horn worms for a week or so and starting to look skinny!
Today I got a better look at it and its mouth is SWOLLEN big time on one side ... mouth rot im guessing.
This Tokay is WC, we have had it for about 10 months. This animal has never turned down a meal and no health problems until now.
I swabed the infected area with Hydrogen peroxide tropical solution and then rinsed all of the puss off. Not sure what else I should do or what would have caused the mouth infection, with regards to cause and threatment ....... any ideas or suggestions?
I have antibiodics (baytril and amikacin), maybe I should give it a lose dose injection and see if that will help clear up the problem ... ?
