shell problem

i have two smooth soft shell turtles that are around 3 inches big. they are in a 135 gallon tank that im filtering about 650 to 700 gallons an hour. i test the water as if it was tropical fish and everything is great. they are verry active they love to bask and dig in the sand and eat great. my problem is there shell wright by there tail is curling up. it almost looks like a wave forming what is this and how do i fix it. could it be my lighting is to much, not enough calcium, please help i want my turtles to be healthy again.
