You shouldn't really need an incubator for Crested gecko eggs unless your house is really cold. anywhere from 70-80 is fine for these guys, just the cooler it is the longer they take to hatch (but that is sometimes considered better, more time to develop and absorb nutrients). I'm sure you could wipe them off, just mark the top and don't flip them. I usually don't candle my eggs, just to reduce the amount of holding them. The eggs take about 60 days to hatch, but at lower temps have taken up to over 90, so just be patient.
My only suggestion would be that would should have figured this all out before you put your geckos together. I also worry about their size, do you know how much they weigh?
