Today when I went to check on my redfoot tortoise it had swelling in its front left leg as well as around the left side of its neck.

This is an adult redfoot tortoise kept in an outdoor 10x10 cage in Georgia. It is fed a varried diet of dark leafy greens as well as fresh fruit and protien.

Any advice? I am looking to set up a vet appointment tomorrow and am keeping her inside until I can figure out what is going on.

My first thought was a spider bite but now I am thinking maybe something internal.

Any suggestions on good vets in Georgia could also be helpful.

Thanks
