ALLIGATOR LIZARD EGGS - INCUBATION TIME

My sons found 3 "lizard?" eggs at my parent's house. We think they are alligator lizard eggs. One has since cracked and is oozing out liquid. Not sure if they are fertilized.

Does anyone know how long before they hatch, if they are still viable? It has been approx 2 weeks since they were originally found underneath a pot in my parent's yard.

Appreciate any advise.
