Staple diet of Phoenix Worms?

Hi All! I have a Panther Trio and I am having some people take care of them when I go on vacation. Has anyone ever used phoenix worms for a staple? Do you think it would be ok to do for a week? The people I'm having watch them aren't very comfortable dealing with crickets. I appreciate your help in advance!
