Ya i had tried a pinkie id did scare the crap out of it. It finally started eatting crickets, thnks goodness.As far as not being able to handle it well, thats not an issue i can take it out and it sits there waiting no longer does it take off accross the tank. I can hold it and for the mot part just kinda sits there clinging around my fingers kinda like a corn snake. doesnt even try to bite me anymore. it's awesome!! but thanks
