I hate to think it...but is it legal in NJ to take these from the wild?

if you put time in them only to have DNR or whatever NJ has to come to your home, take them,and arrest you....even if you sold it to people in other states....



kinda like they took the leucistic hognoses from people all over the place...



......and this is now a one of a kind snake with photo ID of it on file......



the babies are brown......



.......LOL..........

I imagine if the person who has the snake called the authorities on himself than it would be a problem lol
