Keep in mind that frilleds are a tricky thing when it comes to drinking water. It seems like sometimes they know how to drink from a water bowl and then forget about it for weeks at a time. Because of this, I spray water at my frilleds mouth and keep spraying until he stops lapping the water up. Do this for a few weeks, if it doesnt solve the problem then take it to the vet. Honestly, I dont like taking my frilled to the vet. Around here we have a exotic specialized vet and he didnt really seem to know anything about frilleds and will charge you 100 dollars for the wrong advice.
