Posted by: otis07 at Tue Sep 2 11:06:01 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by otis07 ] if he's a baby just dont make water deeper than 4ish inches, they are good swimmers and if they are healthy they shouldn't drown, especially if there's a lot of branches comming out of the water. do you have a male? i would only worry about egg binding when you get a pair and they are adults. if you do get a pair you can set up something with a tupperwear box on a shelf (just need some great stuff, silicone and dirt).
