It's pretty cool that the birth of the glossy's seems to coincide with that of crawfish. I have caught enough crawfish of different sizes to last a couple babies through the winter. I will release the rest in my ditch where the crawfish came from. I live in Moss Bluff,La(Lake Charles area). The large female that gave birth to them also eats ft crawfish.
