side neck lighting question... please

Here is what I have; pink belly side neck, 15 gallon eclipse tank filled 3/4 with water, floating log, natural plants, heater pre set to 78 degrees, guppies, Light = repti glow 5.0

what else do I need? is the amount of light ok??? any opinions appreciated.
